Saltate! A Sensor Based System to Support Dance Beginners

This is my diploma thesis which is supervised by Malte Weiss.
Using sensor data acquired from dancers of ballroom dancing, Saltate! will give feedback and guidance to
the dancers a human teacher cannot give, thus enhancing the training.

If you are interested in trying the system out and/or want to help me, please contact me.
I will need non-dancers or beginning dancers to evaluate the system, but also
advanced and expert dancers during its developement.

Former work:

Leonhard, Alexander, and myself developed the BlowIt computer game,
in which two players cooperatively try to get a parachutist to land an a small island.
In this game, control is exercised by blowing into small wind wheels.
